David Poyer
David Poyer is a Master of Public Policy candidate with a concentration on energy and environmental policy at the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is currently working on climate change mitigation investment policies as a research assistant for Professor Emanuele Massetti. His interests include energy efficiency, energy security, and green energy microfinancing. Prior to attending Georgia Tech he spent time on a presidential campaign. David graduated from Morehouse College cum laude with a B.S. in chemistry and minor in mathematics. He also attended the University of California, Los Angeles for a graduate program in economics. In his free time, David enjoys hiking, reading, and supporting Real Madrid.
